Update: Dr. Squatch communicated to me via email today. They are sending me a replacement and should arrive in a few days. I'm very grateful!

I'm still waiting for a Christmas order I placed on November 27th from Dr. Squatch. We have a family owned business and we were able to get our orders out by Christmas via USPS. I was surprised when communicating with some of our customers and letting know that there was a possibility they would not receive by Christmas, however USPS was able to get our packages delivered by Christmas. I was also able to ship a package to my son on the 21st of December all the way from Kentucky to California by Christmas. Dr. Squatch you can not blame this on USPS. I do understand the overload of online ordering this year and was very patient. But, now its heading into almost 2 months since I placed my order. I received a tracking number, but it just says, "USPS is awaiting item." After talking to an employee at USPS this is exactly what it means. They have not received it yet. I have emailed you several times and only get an automated response. You need to work on your customer service. If you would just be truthful and communicate personally it would go a long way.
I also want to mention we had an overwhelming, unexpected amount of Christmas orders this year and hired a few extra employees. We did not have any disappointed customers for Christmas shipping from USPS.

After having a baby I completely lost my sex drive. Couldn’t care less if I never had sex again. I kept seeing the funny ads for this product and decided to buy it for my husband. He stepped out of the bathroom after using the pine tar scent and instantly was all over him! I feel like this bar of magic soap saved my sex drive 😂 my husband said it makes him feel super clean and doesn’t dry out his skin. Thanks Dr Squatch you’ve got another loyal customer!

Love my new bar soap! I haven't enjoyed showering this much in a long time!
